A human rights activist and a senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kaduna State, Shehu Sani, has set aside activism advocacy, and resorted to manipulate Nigerians into accepting and tolerating bad leaders in the country. Shehu Sani enjoined Nigerians to continue forgiving leaders who made life miserable and difficult as they've done in the past

According to Shehu Sani, "OUR masses have a forgiving spirit. “They forgave the leaders of yesterday for all they did and will forgive the leaders of today for all they are doing.

"Our masses have a loving spirit. “They loved the leaders of yesterday when they completed their term in power; they will love the leaders of today when they eventually complete their term in power.

"To forgive is Godly. “Don’t be angry with them." However, Shehu Sani may be expressing the seeming metaphor of modern dogmatic masses
