The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Benue State Command, donated humanitarian items to Orphanage homes in Makurdi as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and commitment to giving back to the vulnerable in the society giving out to the society.

The State Commandant, Bitrus Alice Larai, in conjunction with the Chaplaincy Unit, carried out this humanitarian gesture at Drthe Tivid Orphanage Home International, North Bank, Makurdi, to identify with the vulnerable children and less privileged in the society

The visit, is in line with the vision of the Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, to build a humane, disciplined and community-oriented Corps that protect lives, property and the dignity of all Nigerians.

Founder of the Home, Mrs. Favour Adah-Paul, on behalf of the management and children, expressed profound gratitude to the State Commandant, the Chaplaincy Unit and the entire NSCDC Benue State Command for remembering them, describing the visit as timely
