The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Osun State, Bola Oyebamiji, has denied reliance on federal might at the behest of the ruling APC, to win the election in Osun State.

He was of the view that the APC has carried out rigorous consultations and engagements, to make the party coast to victory in the coming governorship election.

The APC Candidate debunked insinuations that the party is relying on federal backing to win the guber race, adding that he will be more committed to fulfilment of promises when elected as governor.

He stated this in Osogbo at a Ramadan lecture, where he flagged off Ramadan food palliatives provided by President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Initiative, for residents in the state.

For consolidation of good governance and inclusive distribution of national wealth, the congregation and beneficiaries at the event were urged to support only candidate with impeccable integrity in the coming elections in the state and at national level.
