Yobe 2027: APC Candidate, Wali, Visits Ahmad Lawan In Abuja
The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Yobe State in the 2027 general elections, Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, accompanied by APC State Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka, visited former President of the Senate, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, representing Yobe North Senatorial District, at his residence in Abuja.
According to Senator Lawan, "...at my residence in Abuja, I had the distinct pleasure of receiving our great party’s governorship candidate for Yobe State, Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, alongside our State Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka.
"We engaged in robust and fruitful discussions centered on the unity of our party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the collective vision we hold for consolidating the developmental strides of our incumbent Governor, Rt. Hon. Mai Mala Buni, in the state.
"I remain deeply convinced that the APC remains the vehicle through which the aspirations of our people can be fully realized. Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, a seasoned administrator who is committed to the ideals of service, carries the competence and temperament required to build on the legacies of governance in the state.
"I commended the State Chairman, Alhaji Gadaka, for his tireless efforts in keeping the party machinery cohesive and vibrant at the grassroots.
"I urge the leadership and, indeed, all members of our party to approach the 2027 general elections with a spirit of purpose, from ensuring that our primary objective remains the welfare of the good people of Yobe State.
