The Vice Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, in the 2027 general elections, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, in a media interaction, revealed that the NDC presidential candidate, Peter Obi, signed an agreement committing to serve one term if elected President.

Kwankwaso said the basis of the alliance with Obi was built on the agreement. He maintained that the NDC promotes equity, trust, and power sharing in the buildup to the 2027 general elections.
