President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has taken a swipe at Opposition leaders, offered to give them eye glasses to see what he is doing to develop the country.

The President claimed has done much to deserve accolades, and that if the opposition don't want to see what his administration is doing, he will give them (jigibola) ‘eye glasses’, to enable them see it well.

President Tinubu, hosting the Renewed Hope Ambassadors network at the State House, Abuja, declared that he won’t be intimidated or scared by opposition political parties in the buildup to the 2027 elections.

The President maintained that his government will remain focused on delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda with decisive reforms to improve millions of lives.

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors network aims to sell President Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” at community level through a unified approach: “One Party, One Message, One Mobilization Framework”.

President Tinubu noted that opposition want to scare him off- its a lie. He said he has been through political fight before and cannot be scared by the opposition.

He expressed optimism that with the ambassadors the deal is already done.

The coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Governor Hope UZODIMMA of Imo State, and members of the group, assured the president that his group has been working to sell his candidacy to the grassroots across the country, promising the president they will continue to work to actualize his second term mandate.
