The Police, in collaboration with Local Vigilante, arrested four kidnappers in Agurugu, Enugu State.

The kidnappers were caught while forcing a woman in the community to be taken away to unknown destination, and were arrested at the crime scene.

Residents of the community have been protesting the surge of kidnapping in their settlement, appealing for security interventions.

The suspects were taken into custody of the police, while investigation continued.
