Seek Knowledge, Acquire Skills For Better Future - Emir of Zauza
The Emir of Zauzau, Ambassador Nuhu Bamali, has revealed that the Zazzau Emirate has graduated over 2000 students who have memorized the Holy Qur'an. The Emir urged children to seek knowledge and acquire skills for a better future.
Ambassador Nuhu Bamalli, Emir of Zauzau, applauded the organizers for sustaining the Quranic competition over the years. He emphasized the importance of spiritual excellence, discipline in learning, peaceful coexistence, and the spirit of sharing. He expressed delight in witnessing such event during the month of Ramadan and prayed to Allah to reward the organizers.
The Emir noted that programs of this nature strengthen moral values and foster unity within the community, particularly, among young people.
The 2026 Qur'anic quiz edition marked the fourth consecutive year of Maltina’s sponsorship of the Ramadan Iftar and Qur’anic Quiz in Zazzau.
Bolaji Layeni, Government Affairs Manager, in a media interaction, said the purpose of supporting the program is to help in promoting education and giving back to the society. He said the Company's vision under Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, is to help in building education.
The Consultant of the Company, Abdulkadir Sarki, expressed happiness for supporting and providing food for Iftar. He said the company hopes to continue supporting such programs and is eager to support similar initiatives next year.
The winners of the competition received awards presented by the Maltina Company. Also, the Company gave a recommendation award to the Emir of Zazzau for his outstanding assistance to people and education.
