Muslims In Osun Pray For Peace In Nigeria

Muslims in Osun State, joining their counterparts across the country to mark this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, prayed for the peace of Nigeria.

The Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Delta and Edo, Tunde Badmus, at the Osogbo Central Eid Ground, where thousands of Muslim faithful gathered to observe the two-rakat prayer, commended the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that the policies of the Federal Government are beginning to yield positive results.

Tunde Badmus encouraged Muslims to continue to pray for the success of the Nation and political leaders.

The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Teslim Igbalaye, called on residents to continue to exhibit love, unity, and peaceful coexistence in their communities, noting that these values are essential for rapid development in the state.
