Ekiti, Kwara Lawmakers Demand Increased Security Presence In Communities

The lawmakers said urgent steps must be taken to prevent recurring attacks by bandits in the affected areas.

The legislators urged relevant security agencies to intensify operations to restore peace and confidence among residents.

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has called for the construction of a pedestrian bridge along the ongoing Sagamu–Benin Expressway project to prevent further loss of lives.
