UBEB, Partners Restate Commitment To Quality Education
The Federal Capital Territory Universal Basic Education Board has commissioned three classroom blocks at LEA Primary School, Mpape, Abuja, to boost learning conditions for pupils.
Representing the UBEB Chairman, Director of Primary Schools, Jibrin Danlami, described the classrooms as a critical investment in basic education. He said the facilities will provide a safer, more conducive environment for teaching and learning, and urged the school and community to maintain them.
Danlami also called on organisations and individuals to support the education sector, stressing the long-term benefits.
The Director of Consultancy and Extension Services at the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute, Daniel Makava, said the institute remains committed to supporting education through infrastructure and innovation. He urged pupils to make proper use of the facilities.
Also, Representatives of the Partners said the project reflected a shared effort to bridge gaps in public education and support underserved communities.
Stakeholders described the intervention as a boost to basic education delivery in Mpape.
