Political leaders in Obokun Local Government Area, Osun State, have commenced canvassing support for incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke for the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

At a rally organized by Awodiran in Obokun, residents of Osun State were encouraged to utilize their franchise, as a civic right, to return incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke to office for a second term to sustain continuity of inclusive dividends of democracy.

An aspirant for the State House of Assembly, Olatunji Awodiran, led PDP Executive officials and members of communities within Obokun area to canvass support for Governor Ademola Adeleke and ACCORD party in the buildup to the governorship election in Osun.

In his address at different gatherings in the local government area, Awodiran urged members of the communities to take ownership of the party and contribute in shaping its future along with Governor Adeleke.
