Okpebholo Helps 9-Month Pregnant Woman, Pays Medical Bill
Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State provided help for a pregnant woman in his hometown, Irua, who paid him an unscheduled visit with 9 months pregnancy.
The woman, due for delivery, had visited the Governor's house in Irua to solicit for funds for herself and her husband, who is recovering from fire burns.
The governor, though, did not personally meet the pregnant woman, he however, visited the Irua General Hospital to offset her medical bills and extend solidarity to the woman, after the caesarian operation and safe delivery.
The governor narrated how he came in contact with the woman, as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Health Matters, also spoke on the encounter.
The woman sought the help of a fellow kinsman, who is a governor, and received help.
