Uncertainty Over 12 Rejected APC Lawmakers at Primaries in Lagos
There is seeming uncertainty over the next course of action by the 12 members of the Lagos State House of Assembly who lost at the primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC
Apparently, the 12 lawmakers were rejected, and could not secure APC tickets for the 2027 general elections.
There were initial protest of harassment, intimidation and political blackmail by some of the lawmakers, before, during and after the primary election.
The 12 ousted lawmakers include

Setonji David - Deputy Chief Whip
Desmond Elliot - Surulere Constituency I
Gbolahan Ogunleye - Ikorodu Constituency I
Lanre Afini / Afinni - Lagos Island I
Stephen Ogundipe - Oshodi/Isolo I
Obafemi Saheed - Kosofe II
Bonu Solomon - Badagry II
Emmanuel Oloto - Ifako-Ijaiye II
Jubreel Abdulkareem/Kareem - Agege II
Apata Samuel - Somolu Constituency II
