NDLEA On Manhunt of Uchenna, 3 Associates For Setting Methamphetamine Laboratory, Production

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, are on the manhunt of a suspected drug baron, Nnamuka Kelvin Uchenna, known as Odogwu, and his three associates over the establishment of secret methamphetamine laboratory, production of illicit drugs and money laundering. The Agency, accordingly, declared Uchenna and his allies wanted.

NDLEA identified the three suspect associates as Emmanuella Chinonso Iroka; Nnamuka Ifeanyi Kingsley; and Ekechi Franklin Chijioke, known as Ekene Okwunaga.

The Federal High Court, Owerri, Imo State, presided by Justice Iniekenimi Nicholas Oweibo, issued the order following NDLEA application in suit number FHC/OW/CS/22/2026 filed on July 3, 2026.

NDLEA commenced manhunt of the suspects after discovering a hidden methamphetamine-producing laboratory at Isiozi, Umuaka, Njaba Local Government Area, Imo State, on February 25, 2026. The Agency recovered 18.4 kilogrammes of methamphetamine and other items.


The Agency, during forensic investigations, discovered bank accounts linked to the suspects, got court order to freeze the account with ₦9.84 billion.
