The people's Senator, Senator Bassey Albert, OBA, has begun rebuilding for a return to the Senate after a period of seeming 'political holidays'.

The senator was honoured on Thursday by residents of his Senatorial District, who endorsed him for 2027.
Senator Akpan arrived, in funfair, for the Uyo Senatorial District Forum’s Endorsement Assembly held on Thursday.

The Senator mobilized the Forum to declare support for the second term re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, and the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno.
