The Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority, OYRTMA, has held a training workshop for its commanders and ticketing officers in Ibadan to shape their ethical standards.

OYRTMA Chairman, retired Major Adesagba Adekoya, in a media interaction at the opening of the training, said the training is aimed at ensuring officers adapt to ethical behaviour and build resilience.

Adekoya explained that the workshop would significantly shape the officers' performance, ensuring traffic management moves forward in the state.

He maintained that the training, themed "Steadfast Service - Building Resilient, Ethical, and Effective Traffic Management," would enhance the officers' mode of operation.

The chairman added that the training would provide solutions to some challenges faced in the course of their duties.

The training consultant, Olukayode Ademola, said the officers would gain knowledge and better ways to carry out their daily duties.
