Former militant leader, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, widely known as TOMPOLO, the Chief Executive Officer of TANTITA Security Services Limited, has advocated peaceful resolution of the ongoing protest of Ward delineation in the Warri Federal Constituency by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Delta State.

Tompolo, in a statement, in Warri, indicated that he joined well meaning Nigerians calling for a peaceful resolution of the controversial delineation. Tompolo stated that the current political pandemonium arising from the failure of INEC to complete the delineation of wards in the Warri federal Constituency, must not be allowed to be hijacked and degenerate into violence.

According to him, the Ijaw nation has been known for their peaceful ways and cannot deviate from history, hence, the need for everyone to join hands in seeking a peaceful resolution to the impasse.

Tompolo urged INEC to do the right thing and restore peace in Warri and the environs, while calling on the ethnic nationalities in Warri to be calm and wait patiently for INEC to do the right thing.
