The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, arrested former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, in Kaduna, who has been on the run after  conviction and sentencing to years of imprisonment being found guilty of N33.8 billion impropriety charges.
