Tinubu Preaches Against Discrimination, Ethnicity, Hatred At Prayer Ground

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at Dodan Barracks Prayer Ground in Lagos, preached against discrimination, ethnicity and hatred in Nigeria, pointing to the esoteric norms of the lessons of the season.

The President said Nigerians should learn from the lessons of Eid-el-Kabir, love one another.
He said that it is essential that people should be tolerant and obedient to the will of Allah and obedient to the rule of law which guide the society.

President Tinubu, in a media interaction after the prayer session, stated: "we must learn from the lessons of this season, and it is showing love to one another; no discrimination, no ethnicity, no hatred.

"And we should share love and be generous to one another in a way that will reflect the value of our country and the humanity in us.

"It is essential that we should be very tolerant and obedient to the will of Allah and obedient to the rule of law, which must guide our society."
The President condemned the surge of terrorism or disguised religious violence in promoting narrow interests.

According to Tinubu, "nowhere in the holy teaching that you should engage in banditry; nowhere that you should kill another human being."

President Tinubu was accompanied by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State.
