He said the committees will be inaugurated on March 21, while the zoning committee meets March 22 to allocate positions across geopolitical zones. According to the timetable, an emergency meeting follows on March 23 at the FCT Minister’s Lodge, Abuja.
Sale of nomination forms opens immediately after, and closes March 25, with appeals slated for March 26.
The convention will hold March 29 and 30 at the Velodrome, National Stadium, Abuja.
Mohammed stressed that reconciliation efforts will not affect the process, describing both the caretaker committee and convention as non-negotiable.
