Former Governor Nair El-Rufai is currently encountering tight court schedules in his prosecution by the ICPC. The former Governor after the court session on Monday, returned to then Kaduna State High Court on Tuesday for continuation of his case.

The court had on Monday adjourned to Tuesday.
