Obi Chides Tinubu, APC Over Poor Governance
The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, LP, in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi, in Benin City, slammed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, on poor governance in the country.
Peter Obi, in a state of the nation media interaction at the ADC State Secretariat in Benin city, decried the failure of government, economy decay and the poverty rate in the country.
Obi was at the State Secretariat to receive the last Edo State Labour Party governorship candidate, Olumide Akpata, who decamped to the Action Democratic Congress.
Obi said the present poverty ratio in Nigeria is worse than previous years.
A former Governor of Edo State, Professor Oserheimen Osunbor, remarked that claims by the ruling All Progressives Congress of an improved economy is a propaganda.
