Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israeli has visited southern Lebanon. He was accompanied on the visit by the Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, and IDF Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir.

Netanyahu maintained that “the war continues, including inside the security zone in Lebanon.”

The Prime Minister expressed that Israel has frustrated the threat of invasion from Lebanon, noting that the country "is pushing back anti‑tank fire and rockets."

Netanyahu maintained that "more work remains".

According to the Israeli Prime Minister, “Our enemies – Iran and the axis of evil – came to destroy us, and now they are simply fighting for their survival. We have changed the face of the Middle East.”
